Step 1 – Create your listing
Value my home
Our easy to use Valuation tool asks some basic questions about your property and gives you 3 values to choose from, one low middle and high.
Photo Editor
Add your description, photos, floorplans, EPC. Highlight the key selling points and set when you’re available for viewings.
ID’s & Proof of Ownership
Compliance is boring but it’s very important everyone who sells or lets their home must complete an ID check and a Proof of ownership check.

Rightmove, Zoopla & OnTheMarket
Agreed gives you access to the major Property search websites on a flexible Weekly subscription. No minimum Contract periods or lengthy tie ins. 
Enquiry’s & Viewings
All enquiries go directly into your Agreed inbox. You can get to know the person first before you book them in to view your property.  
Feedback & Offers
Once a viewing has finished Agreed nudges the viewer for their feedback and to see if they want to make an offer.
Step 3 – Sell or Let
Accepting Offers
All offers are clearly displayed with all the pertinent information that you would need to make the right decision when choosing to either reject or accept an offer.
Buyer & Tenant Checks 
Buyers and tenants are required to provide their ID’s for KYC. Buyers also need to complete AML funding checks. Agreed provides the option to Landlords for tenant referencing.
Legal Documents
Once the relevant checks have been completed. Buyers & Sellers can download a Sales Memo. Landlords can create an AST that can be sent via signable to all the tenants.
