VIEWINGS

Co ordinate and manage viewings via the two way calendar. Show properties when it suits you. Set your availability, manage your viewing schedule, and review feedback after appointments.

OFFER MANAGEMENT

Negotiate, reject or accept offers with all the information at your fingertips.

COMPLIANCE

We help you remain compliant with the laws and regulations with integrated checks and login's for vendors and buyers so they can do this remotely.

FUNDING & BUYER AML CHECKS

Once an offer has been accepted, we check the validity of the offer by requesting proof of funds. We also ask all buyers to pass ID checks as per AML and KYC.

SALES MEMORANDUM

Once a sale has been agreed, we create a 'Memorandum of Sale' document with all the information for the solicitors to progress the sale.
