Agreed was so easy to use. Within a week we were able to get online with Agreed. For a few hundred pounds and minutes on the internet (and a little help from Agreed Chat) , I’d organised professional photos, and EPC and a floorplan. It’s incredible that you are able to put your house on the market on the key online portals like Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime location and Agreed.co.uk for less than £10. I always knew getting my house on these websites would be the key to selling my house, I just thought I had to go with a conventional estate agent to do this. Getting on these websites definitely gets my house in front of the majority of relevant people who are searching for a new home in the area. We started receiving viewing requests from people wanting to see the house almost instantly. I found it so simple to talk to them through the Agreed inbox and organise viewings and receive feedback. I enjoyed the whole process and felt much more in control of the whole process. The prospect of saving £9,000 using Agreed over a conventional estate agent was also an important factor for me. Agreed will always be my 1st port of call when selling my house.

The Agreed website is simple and easy to setup allowing anyone with basic computer skills to have their property listed using a professional looking format. There are no hidden fees, or sale commission, although there are optional services that can be purchased through the website such as professional photography, EPC certificates and floor plans. Listed properties can be marketed for free through Agreed own website, Facebook and Twitter or for a reasonable fee listed on the main online property websites. Other optional marketing facilities include an advertising board, local maildrop, brochure, poster and flyers. Viewings are handled through the website's viewing management facility, allowing prospective buyers to select an available slot from the seller's availability schedule. Any problems or queries are promptly handled by the website's customer service portal. Agreed is the ideal website for anyone selling their property and who is comfortable conducting their viewings and handling their own negotiations.

I would highly recommend using Agreed for the sale of your house. From start to finish, it cost us just over £300 to sell our house, including the costs for photo's, floorplan and the EPC. We saved around £4500 by not selling via a conventional estate agent. If you're happy doing your own viewings and can communicate easily with prospective buyers, there's not a lot extra that an estate agent can offer, yet the savings are phenomenal. My dealings with Agreed was professional and help was always readily available. The Agreed portal was easy to use and the whole process, from start to finish was excellent. Amazing, I would highly recommend using Agreed. We have saved so much money and have been able to have more control then if we were to use a conventional estate agent. Used Agreed to sell our property and very impressed with the system and the freedom you have to list the property without getting bombarded with sales calls. This is a great way to get access to the property portals very cheaply and Charles was always there at the end of the phone when I needed any help. We saved £4650 on fees when selling our flat so I would highly recommend using Agreed. Agents tried for quite a while with no luck and then we sold with habitats after two months and after the most activity we had the whole time.

I chose to use Agreed to save on estate agent fees, and it was a great decision. It was easy to upload the information, but there was always someone on hand to help with the bits you weren't sure about. In addition to the advertising, the best feature I thought, was the viewings, where you show your availability on the calendar, and clients make their appointments with you. This is far better than waiting for high street estate agents to come back into the office to make appointments. And you can have viewings over the weekends when people actually have time, whereas you can't do that with other estate agents. The whole experience was great, and Agreed collated the right information to pass onto the solicitors for the sale. I would highly recommend!

Sold a bungalow very quickly & easily using Agreed.co.uk, had no problems at all. If anything I still feel guilty I saved £3k on estate agents fees by using Agreed and they only received a few quid to pay for advertising on the major house buying platforms. The bungalow was my sisters & mine we bought for our mum. When mum passed away we rented it for a while and decided to sell. We knew it should sell quickly they all do in the area so at first I tried a homemade board and arranged viewings. After 4 weeks the best offer I had was a potential buyer telling me he would have it if I reduced the price by £3,000 because I wasn’t paying £3,000 commission to an estate agent, that is what my sister told me to expect when not using an estate agent. Another potential buyer that saw my homemade board said the same, my sister delighted in telling me she told me so. I just couldn’t believe we had to pay £3k to a high street agent just because that appears to be only way to get properties listed on Rightmove etc. where serious buyers look. I found Agreed.co.uk online while looking for how to get a listing on Rightmove and made a deal with my sister that if it wasn’t sold using Agreed in 4 weeks I would accept we have to use a local agent & pay the £3k. She agreed so I looked everywhere on the Agreed website for the catch I expected to be there about charging fees, there wasn’t a catch and any potential costs such as a sale board were clearly laid out. The enquiries started coming in the first day Agreed put it on Rightmove (at £10 paid to Agreed.co.uk per week for on-line advertising) and viewings started the day after. A sale was agreed at £500 more than the asking price so I did not need to pay the £10 again – result. This buyer had to pull out as sometimes happens, a second offer was accepted and the bungalow was sold to one of the first to enquire, it could have been sold several times using Agreed and this was not costing me weeks of wasted of time waiting for pointless phone calls from an estate agent trying to justify their extortionate fees for simply being a relay (more of a barrier in my opinion) between you and a buyer. I would always use Agreed.co.uk and recommend anyone to use Agreed for selling their property, the difference between my DIY attempt and Agreed is that Agreed cuts out the timewasters because of their simple to use Identity Verification process and generally the credibility of being an online presence, not just a property owner using homemade board that some see as an excuse to try to take advantage of. My sister & I saved £3k by using Agreed, we didn’t even pay for a sale board we didn’t need one it sold so quickly using Agreed. I think that deserves far more than the little time it has taken me to write this review.
