Do I have to use the Agreed brand?
Yes — every associate lists under the Agreed name. That's the whole point: buyers and sellers see a national, recognisable brand instead of a sole trader. You get the marketing weight without losing your independence.
What's the difference between the platform fee and the per-property fee?
The £200+VAT monthly platform fee gives you access to every workflow we offer — that's your subscription. The £250+VAT per property per quarter is the marketing cost for getting an individual listing onto the major portals. You only pay it on properties you actively list.
Where can I work as an Agreed associate?
Anywhere in the UK. We don't carve out territories — you choose your patch and we'll back you. The platform handles compliance and listings nationally.
How does commission actually work?
You set the fee with your seller, and you keep 100% of it. We don't take any commission from a sale — our income is the platform subscription and per-listing marketing fee. That's it.
What's included in the AI Sales Assistant?
It reads incoming enquiries on your listings, answers common questions, qualifies buyers, and books viewings into your calendar — with you in the loop on anything that needs human judgement. Most associates save several hours a week.
