How does the monthly fee work?
You pay £250+VAT per property listed each month. So if you have 40 plots live on the market, you pay £10,000+VAT a month. As you sell, your monthly bill comes down — by the time you're on the last few plots, you're only paying for those few. It works in your favour as the scheme approaches sell-out.
What's included in the setup fee?
Full onboarding of every property onto the Agreed platform, your branded scheme microsite, site plan integration, and training for your entire sales team. Setup doesn't include professional photography or floor plans — bring your own assets, or we'll point you at trusted suppliers. The exact figure depends on the size of your scheme. We'll quote you upfront — no surprises.
Do you replace our existing agents, or work alongside them?
Either works. Some developers appoint Agreed as their sole agent across the scheme; others use us alongside a regional partner. The platform is designed to give you visibility either way.
How are buyer enquiries handled?
Every enquiry on a portal listing comes into the Agreed platform and through to your sales team in real time. The AI Sales Assistant pre-qualifies each buyer alongside — assessing intent, timing and funding — so your team can prioritise the strongest leads first.
Do you handle reservations and exchanges?
Yes — the platform takes a buyer from initial enquiry through reservation, AML/funding checks, exchange, and completion. The sales memorandum is generated automatically when a sale is agreed and is ready for solicitors.
What about Help to Buy, part-exchange, or shared ownership?
