Common questions.

How quickly can we go live?
From signed contract to live listings, most schemes launch within 2–4 weeks. Onboarding is faster if you already have photography, floor plans and a site plan; longer if those need producing. We'll give you a realistic timeline as part of the quote.
What happens if we already have an agent?
Two options. We can take over as your sole agent (with appropriate handover and notice on your existing agreement). Or we can work alongside an existing partner — some developers run a regional agent on the ground and use Agreed for portal coverage, AI enquiry handling and the platform itself. Either model works.
What's included in the setup fee?
Full onboarding of every property onto the Agreed platform, your branded scheme microsite, site plan integration, and training for your entire sales team. Setup doesn't include professional photography or floor plans — bring your own assets, or we'll point you at trusted suppliers. The exact figure depends on the size of your scheme and what you already have.
How does the monthly fee work?
You pay £250+VAT per property listed each month. As you sell, your monthly bill comes down — by the time you're on the last few plots, you're only paying for those few. It works in your favour as the scheme approaches sell-out.
What about Help to Buy, part-exchange or shared ownership?
The platform supports all standard new-build sales mechanisms. Help to Buy isn't currently active for new applications post-2023, but the reservation flow handles equivalent equity loan schemes, shared ownership, and part-exchange. Talk to us about your specific scheme.
Is there a minimum scheme size?
Not strictly, but the model works best for schemes of 5+ plots. Below that, our standard estate agency model (via an Agreed Associate) is usually a better fit — talk to us and we'll recommend the right route.
What's the notice period if we want to leave?
Standard contracts are 12 months initial term, then rolling monthly with 3 months' notice. We'd rather you stay because we're doing a good job — talk to us if anything's not working before you give notice.
Can we trial it on one scheme before rolling out across our pipeline?
Yes — that's how most of our developer clients started. Pick a representative scheme, see how it works, then expand if it's a fit. We can structure the commercial side accordingly.
