1. Create your listing
The Agreed platform guides you through your listing creation, helping you with everything from your photos, description, key features, location, floorplan, EPC, Gas Safety, Legionella, EICR where applicable and pricing with help from our valuation-suggestion tool. It couldn’t be easier, and Agreed helps to keep you compliant of laws and regulations as you take the first step to selling or letting your property.
2. Property marketing
With Agreed, you’re in control of marketing and advertising, so you only pay for what you want. You can choose to advertise on the major property portals, Rightmove and Zoopla, as well as advertising through Facebook, not to mention tried and tested promotional tools like Advertising Boards and a leaflet distribution amongst many others (see pricing page).
3. Viewings, Offers & Negotiations
The Agreed viewing calendar allows you to specify when you want viewings, and when you don’t. It will even send reminders to you and the viewer, as well as help with directions to your property. After the viewing, we automatically follow up for viewing feedback, and our offers platform makes accepting offers and agreeing your sale or let easy!
Our instant messaging platform means you can communicate securely with viewers from the palm of your hand, directly, when it suits you.
4. Paperwork & Support
Once you’ve agreed your sale, we produce your Memorandum of Sale documentation, ready to give to your solicitor to do the paperwork and proceed your sale, and can recommend a solicitor if you don’t already have one. We also give you a number of guides, written by experts, on how to maximise your property’s value at each stage of the selling process.
Throughout the sales process, the Agreed platform makes compliance easy. We qualify your buyers for you, and verify their funding so you can proceed with peace of mind. We also carry out a multitude of checks (e.g., Proof of ownership, I.D. check, Anti-Money Laundering etc.) to ensure our customers are protected throughout their sale.
