Recently bought through Agreed. The whole process was really simple and I loved that Agreed didn’t get in the way, the seller and I were just able to get on with it. We just completed and the whole process took 11 weeks from when we first saw the home. Hopefully we won’t have to move again but if we do I hope it’s a house being sold with Agreed.

I’m a buy to let landlord and I’m always buying new properties to add to my portfolio so to say that I’ve seen every imaginable estate agent is an understatement. It’s rare that you actually enjoy a purchase or sale but on this occasion I’ll go as far as saying it was trouble free. I’ve got a couple of properties coming up that I’m considering selling so I think I know who I’ll be using to sell them. For someone like myself who knows the ins and outs of the selling process it was a bit of no-brainer.

Just moved in to a property let with Agreed, we met the landlord on the first viewing and of course they knew everything about the property, not like our last viewing with another estate agent who didn’t have a clue what was included or when the start date was, not very comforting!! Anyway all the referencing was super quick and they drafted the contracts, it was all done electronically so we didn’t have to trek into anyone’s offices. Thanks Agreed!

I was a little apprehensive at first we had never heard of Agreed. It all seemed to good to be true. Turns out it's exactly as described. Excellent service from start to finish. The team were quick to act on everything, from going live on Rightmove etc to arranging a professional photographer. The house was only on the market for a few days, before I accepted an offer. I can't praise this company enough and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

There is a little time and effort involved in setting up the property on the website but I found the process simple. I wasn't a fan of the thumb on head ID photo requirement. It felt childish. Our house was sold in 1 week. I used the Agreed solicitor portal and found Gorvins. They were also excellent. I saved over £5000 on the estate agent fees and £500 on the solicitor fees compared to using my local services. Because you have personal contact with the buyer communications were quick and easy. We exchanged in just 8 weeks.

I always wanted a way to sell properties myself but could not access the big websites like Right Move and Zoopla. I spotted an Agreed advert on the London Underground and gave it a go. I’m very glad I did. I sold my rental property in 4 weeks and my solicitor did the let work once the buyer was found. My solicitor was amazed that it cost me less than £150 in agency fees that they are going to use it too!!!! You have to host viewing yourself and negotiate the sale yourself, but that’s fine for me. May not be for some. But when you’re saving over £6000 in agency fees - it’s pretty great! Thanks Agreed, I’ll be using you for the next one next year.

Great website if your willing to put in the effort and save on the restrictions of estate agents. amazing to be in the position to change the advert and asking price moving with the market to bring a sale to a first time buyer couple . This way you can market yourself , meeting protective buyers with all the details they require . sale to completion within 5 weeks due to the direct contact with buyers .

I LOVED this approach to selling a house. Despite being elderly and computer challenged AND not at all familiar with selling properties in the UK - (I live ordinarily in Australia) I was keen to do it - because Estate Agents have such a lacklustre approach to ‘quick sales’. Reduce the price is the only thing on offer. Negotiating the sale of your house for you is they say ‘getting the highest price’ - but in real life it is actually about getting a price you would be really happy to achieve, in the easiest way possible. Also - not all offers are equal - when you have someone with no home to sell, offering the same price as someone who is subject to a chain - you get to choose who you would rather negotiate with! With this platform - that is how you approach the sale, and once you know what you would be happy to achieve - and the market is agreeable - the sale is quick and easy. There is nothing to lose -at the weekly price of listing - you can always try for a few weeks - and revert to agents if it doesn’t get interest. Getting to meet potential buyers and seeing their responses gave a good indication who was genuinely interested and who was ‘just looking’ - so you knew where to focus your attention. At the preparation stage I did have a few glitches in terms of an unusual sale - and not being confident with knowing what to do at each stage - but once I explained the issues to the staff -they were quick to respond and guide me through. I accepted an offer higher than any estate agent said I could achieve (after their fees were deducted) just 5 days after it was listed, but had plenty of viewers lined up should that offer prove to be invalidated. The cost for me of selling the house at over my asking price - was just £20.00 Why would you NOT try this - given the thousands you give to agents, who wont clean your house, or keep it inspection-ready for months on end. If I had one thing I would have liked more: it would be to have had editorial rights to complete my own descriptions based on their guidance. But I can’t complain about minor details - having sold in just one week!

Very easy to communicate with the seller

Really responsive customer service, and also seller response. It is awesome to have direct communication with a seller instead of going through an estate agent.

Friendly and helpful. Great idea to sell your house at a much reduced cost, still with access to Rightmove and Zoopla. Would like new photos etc to be approved and uploaded more quickly.

I've only used Agreed on one occasion. I was going to view one of their properties. But the day before the viewing the owner called me to say that property was now gone. But he still kindly offered to show me round as planned just in case the buyer dropped out at some point. But I declined.

Let my property in two weeks. So easy to use

It's a really good price to get your property advertised on the major online websites, Agreed.co.uk is easy to use a well. However, I thought their customer service was a bit slow, very often I don't get a reply until the next day, but I was expecting a quick response within an hour, or at least same day. They had some problem with their site as well, I have made the payment and my property was ready to be advertised on Rightmove/Zoopla, it said they need to verify first, and will take no longer than 2 or 3 days (I can't remember how many days exactly now). I was waiting anxiously, as I wanted my property to be advertised asap, but it was never on Rightmove/Zoopla. After the x days as I was told, I contacted them through their online chat, they told me they never got the notification! Anyway, wasted about 2 days, and it was finally advertised on Rightmove/Zoopla. Unfortunately for me, I didn't get that many interests through. I was with Agreed for about a month, but didn't get as many viewings as I'd hoped. I found a property I really wanted to buy, but my offer was rejected due to I wasn't ready to proceed, so I had to change to a traditional estate agent, before they even put my property on the market, they've already arranged more viewings in the 3 days I've been with them, compare to the 1 month I've been with Agreed. Offer received on the 4th day with the traditional estate agent, and I have accepted it. Overall, I do like Agreed, as you're getting your property on the market for a fraction of what you would be paying the estate agent, but it's a passive approach, waiting for buyers to contact you. I would only recommend this if you're willing to do all the work yourself. In my case, I was unfortunate to sell my property when the mini budget happened, I guess that was the main reason I wasn't getting my interests in my property.

Great experience. Sold my house within a day, costing just £10! Also had a slight technical issue receiving messages from Zoopla, but they jumped straight on this, fixed it in 1 day and all the messages then came through. They even called me twice to ensure I was happy with the service and their response to the technical problem. Highly recommended. Only thing I would want to add to the service is for the ability to have people call me about the ad, rather than being initially restricted to email only. But other than that, no complaints at all.

Using Agreed has been a seamless process with our property taking just 3 weeks to sell from the time of listing. We decided to buy the photo and EPC package so including the advertising cost on Rightmove & Zoopla, we spent the grand total of £264 to sell our property compared with £6-8k with an agent. The platform itself is intuitive and guides you through the process of listing and selling your home. When I did have questions, the support team were quick to respond which gave me confidence throughout.

Really easy to sign up and get my property on to the platform. The system is incredibly easy to use when communicating with potential buyers and booking in viewings. And all this for such a good price. Really impressed and would definitely use again.

My property is totally ready for market but has not yet gone live. The process was logical and straight-forward. My house is quite quirky so some of the off-the-peg phrases and descriptions didn't really work for it, but by messaging Agreed, new, appropriate words and phrases were added to the list for me to use. I'm sure when the time is right for me to go live, my house will sell as quickly as it would with a local agent, and I'll be saving a fortune in fees.

I didn't realise I had used this platform but I have been looking for rental and purchase properties

I planned to use an agent to sell my small property but discovered a lot of them are now doing a fixed fee - which is fine if you are at the higher end of the market but on a small sale is very expensive for what you get. Discovered Agreed and as I was happy to do viewings myself it was the perfect way to get my house advertised online without paying a fortune for the privilege! Process was quick and easy and any questions promptly answered on the chat facility. They issue the Memorandum of Sale which is one of the few jobs the estate agent would do and the rest is covered by the solicitors. We have just completed and I would highly recommend Agreed - I will use them again should I need to in future.

Found their service really good and straightforward. Even after I stopped using their service they forwarded to me interested parties that tried to contact me through their site. That's a a sign they really want to look after their customers and I really appreciate that.

I found this site so easy to use

Saved me a fortune! The picture editing was easy and made my property look even more attractive. We sold in just 6hours from the day of 1st booking and achieved £15,000 over our asking price. Don’t be afraid of technology, just follow the instructions.

We decided to use agreed after a local estate agent wanted to charged over £3k in fees. We also liked the idea that we could do the viewings... After all who knows your house the best, you! We could easily arrange viewing around our requirements and had direct contact with anyone who made an appointment which was great. It meant most of our viewings were done in the evening when the agents would have been closed. We sold within 2 weeks. Could not recommend Agreed more highly.

I'm going to be 100% honest in my revue. I had no idea when I set about on my mission to sell my property that I would have an opportunity to sell it myself through a DIY site such as 'Agreed'. I didn't think that it was possible, or that I had the ability to take on such a task, but the idea of saving myself quite a bit of money during these hard times was just too overwhelming, and I pushed myself enthusiastically into the task! Now having experienced the process, and expecting completion to take place in January 23, I am absolutely thrilled to have taken that decision, and I am so pleased with the help I have been given along the way! Agreed makes everything about selling your home simple. They offer all the services wanted from estate agents without any of the additional hassle and at a fraction of the price. You deal direct with the potential buyers, fitting viewings into your schedule without the back and forth through an additional and unnecessary 3rd party in the communication. There is no working to office hours, I communicated with buyers directly anytime making everything much faster to organise. I had viewings in the evenings and on Sundays as it worked best for me, and it also works best for most buyers as it is outside of working hours. I had offers sent directly to me instantly through the app. I would recommend agreed to everyone looking to sell their home, it’s much easier and extraordinarily cheaper than other options available.

I used agreed as an alternative to a normal estate agent wanting to pay less in estate agency fees but still get a good price for my house without too much hassle. The platform is highly intuitive and provides a clear and simple process for getting your house on the market - I managed to complete the sale of my house inside 3 months of listing it, I only spent around 5 hours total on the whole process and the best part? It cost me £50 in TOTAL for the listing, managing and completion of the house sale (this includes listing it on Rightmove / Zoopla!!) - it is seriously a no brainer to use Agreed; I achieved a great sale price and saved a lot of money, I didn’t have to spend much time selling the house and the process was simple and easy!

I used Agreed to rent out my flat in London. It was fantastic. Quick, efficient and inexpensive. I was able to book a photographer who took some great pics together with a floorplan. I managed online all my viewing requests and was able to exchange messages directly with potential tenants. It was a great way of meeting them personally and in turn they greatly appreciated being able to meet the owner directly. The tenancy agreement, referencing and deposit were all handled online. I loved being in control as did they. I highly recommend this service.

Highly recommended. It is only £10 a week for advertising on Rightmove & Zoopla. And you get control of your advert, just as you would expect. I kept expecting to find a catch, but there isn't one. I do not know why anyone would pay more. There are a couple of other cheap online agents, but one doesn't advertise on Zoopla without a significant extra payment, and the other first farms out your property to a 'list of potential buyers' before advertising it - which sounds like a ploy to take advantage of inexperienced sellers. With Agreed what you see is what you get. I will definitely use them next time I sell a property.

We found 'Agreed' to be excellent value for money. We sold our property within ten days of advertising with them. We had at least 8 viewings in the first week. The staff were always helpful with any queries that cropped up.

Absolutely fantastic! I sold my London flat in less than a month and saved thousands of pounds… say goodbye to traditional real estate agencies and trust Agreed.co.uk because it is reliable and there are no hidden tricks. I was initially rather sceptical, but Charles gave me confidence by answering all my questions. At the end of the day, the “magic” happens by being advertised on Rightmove and Zoopla (same visibility that you’d have through expensive agencies) but paying only £9.99 a week is incredible. Agreed made the entire journey from initial steps to finalising the sale of my house very easy. I was honesty hesitant, however, Charlie and his team took the whole stress away by creating this pretty perfect platform, hats off to them!

Sold a bungalow very quickly & easily using Agreed.co.uk, had no problems at all. If anything I still feel guilty I saved £3k on estate agents fees by using Agreed and they only received a few quid to pay for advertising on the major house buying platforms. The bungalow was my sisters & mine we bought for our mum. When mum passed away we rented it for a while and decided to sell. We knew it should sell quickly they all do in the area so at first I tried a homemade board and arranged viewings. After 4 weeks the best offer I had was a potential buyer telling me he would have it if I reduced the price by £3,000 because I wasn’t paying £3,000 commission to an estate agent, that is what my sister told me to expect when not using an estate agent. Another potential buyer that saw my homemade board said the same, my sister delighted in telling me she told me so. I just couldn’t believe we had to pay £3k to a high street agent just because that appears to be only way to get properties listed on Rightmove etc. where serious buyers look. I found Agreed.co.uk online while looking for how to get a listing on Rightmove and made a deal with my sister that if it wasn’t sold using Agreed in 4 weeks I would accept we have to use a local agent & pay the £3k. She agreed so I looked everywhere on the Agreed website for the catch I expected to be there about charging fees, there wasn’t a catch and any potential costs such as a sale board were clearly laid out. The enquiries started coming in the first day Agreed put it on Rightmove (at £10 paid to Agreed.co.uk per week for on-line advertising) and viewings started the day after. A sale was agreed at £500 more than the asking price so I did not need to pay the £10 again – result. This buyer had to pull out as sometimes happens, a second offer was accepted and the bungalow was sold to one of the first to enquire, it could have been sold several times using Agreed and this was not costing me weeks of wasted of time waiting for pointless phone calls from an estate agent trying to justify their extortionate fees for simply being a relay (more of a barrier in my opinion) between you and a buyer. I would always use Agreed.co.uk and recommend anyone to use Agreed for selling their property, the difference between my DIY attempt and Agreed is that Agreed cuts out the timewasters because of their simple to use Identity Verification process and generally the credibility of being an online presence, not just a property owner using homemade board that some see as an excuse to try to take advantage of. My sister & I saved £3k by using Agreed, we didn’t even pay for a sale board we didn’t need one it sold so quickly using Agreed. I think that deserves far more than the little time it has taken me to write this review.

I chose to use Agreed to save on estate agent fees, and it was a great decision. It was easy to upload the information, but there was always someone on hand to help with the bits you weren't sure about. In addition to the advertising, the best feature I thought, was the viewings, where you show your availability on the calendar, and clients make their appointments with you. This is far better than waiting for high street estate agents to come back into the office to make appointments. And you can have viewings over the weekends when people actually have time, whereas you can't do that with other estate agents. The whole experience was great, and Agreed collated the right information to pass onto the solicitors for the sale. I would highly recommend!

This is a great way to get access to the property portals very cheaply and Charles was always there at the end of the phone when I needed any help. We saved £4650 on fees when selling our flat so I would highly recommend using Agreed. Agents tried for quite a while with no luck and then we sold with habitats after two months and after the most activity we had the whole time.

Agreed was so easy to use. Within a week we were able to get online with Agreed. For a few hundred pounds and minutes on the internet (and a little help from Agreed Chat) , I’d organised professional photos, and EPC and a floorplan. It’s incredible that you are able to put your house on the market on the key online portals like Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime location and Agreed.co.uk for less than £10. I always knew getting my house on these websites would be the key to selling my house, I just thought I had to go with a conventional estate agent to do this. Getting on these websites definitely gets my house in front of the majority of relevant people who are searching for a new home in the area. We started receiving viewing requests from people wanting to see the house almost instantly. I found it so simple to talk to them through the Agreed inbox and organise viewings and receive feedback. Other optional marketing facilities include an advertising board, local maildrop, brochure, poster and flyers.
