Agreed sends the seller /landlord and the buyer / tenant a reminder text before the appointment, allocate both parties a password for added security, and follows up with buyers /tenants on your behalf afterwards.

Buyer & Tenant Qualification
We ensure your buyers are properly qualified, and must pass anti-money laundering checks as they make an offer on your property - ensuring you, and the purchaser, are compliant throughout the process. For Landlords you can chose to purchase references through Agreed provided by our referencing partner.
Funding Verification
Buyers are required to provide Agreed with their proof of funding, and if required, their source of funding as well. This is important so you know, as a seller, have assurance the buyer is in a position to proceed!
Legal Documents
Once you have agreed your sale, Agreed creates a 'Memorandum of Sale' document with all the information your solicitor needs to progress your sale. Should the Landlord chose to take references, in addition we will also create an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement. We also provide an area for you to upload all the relevant documents you are required or recommended to have in place prior to a tenancy commencing, these include EICR, Gas Safe Certs (where applicable), Legionella Certificates & EPC
Compliance Support
